Shining stars, one thousand blazing light years, time now,
Thence my love, dance on, let blessed peace refrain,
White Buffalo Calf Woman, Messiah, rapt in psalm, come Holy Cow,
Accord sweet dove, repent, binding thee with thy sacred chain.

Lost dreams, ne'er be found, 'til sacred suns have set,
Scores of hearts broken, such harsh emotion, since John Lennon died,
Luminous stars, ten thousand light years, advancing yet,
Countless burning tears we've shed, since John Lennon died.

Endless harvest, whence fate's dominion sparks finial domain,
Precious souls proceed, take strident steps, forge bliss ahead,
Resolving heaven, where winged archangels solve this final pain,
Exact, retreat Hell's fiery gate, still heed, swallow poison, whate'er is fed.

Refrain, phrased love, generous harmony, mending broken hearts, lest stead,
What grand music lost, what profound word sets, since John Lennon died?
Did some great peace arise, deliverance, from John and Yoko's goodwill bed?
Such poetic verse, pearl genius, now forever gone, since John Lennon died.

Thrust Jacob's sharpened dagger deep, so vital sense vacates horrid spurn,
Trumpets blaring, ascending skyward, faith leaps, via such hallowed sound,
Rejoice! Divine muse, begin this Buddha journey, as perfumed incense burn,
Supreme revolution! Seeking proper process, revolving thoughts, profound.

Cosmic realms, helpless, like drowned victims floating nude, in a deep cold sea,
Gentle verse accompany rhythmic rhyme, imagine, music gone, since John Lennon died,
Ten years later, gypsies rocket 'round a fueled fire, entertaining raucous Alvin Lee,
Giving precious peace a chance, caressing hands, since John Lennon died.

One last kiss, my love, ere Ockham's razor cuts deep through flaccid veins,
Let love resist, let social morals desist, as morbid truth doth hide,
Truss honour to this sacred tree, toss vibrant sunset to the wind, all for worldly gains,
Save broken hearts, long lost dreams, all dead and buried, since John Lennon died.
